Open path analyzer
is designed for real time monitoring of CH –type gases and is based on
optically coupled pair InGaAs LED- FSI InAs photodiode with microimmersion
lenses that operate at ambient temperature. Reference channels are made to
compensate temperature variation of an optical signal.
