FUNCTION - continuous monitoring of pre-explosive
concentrations of hydrocarbon gases (HCG) on processing plants, recording daily,
weekly and monthly emissions on an integrated control station and right in
operator's room.
PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION – measurement of absorption of
infrared radiation in HCG at two wave lengths in the path of its distribution
from the emitter to the receiver.

The device provides real time indication
of the current HCG concentration on the display as well as audible and
visual warning on exceeding the threshold HCG concentration, and maintains
an archive of data records by number of gas leaks per day (32 days max), per
month (3 months max), maximum HCG concentration in each gas leak and its
duration, power outage, HCG concentration graph for the last 7 days in a
form of a bar chart.
